We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, weights, and prices accurately. However:

• Handcrafted items may show slight variation in colour, finish, and size — this is a feature, not a defect.
• Photographs are taken under studio lighting; minor shade differences are normal.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and update pricing at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you have ordered, we will notify you and offer a refund or revised confirmation.

An order placed by you is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded only when we send you an order-confirmation email or WhatsApp message. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:

• Stock unavailability or pricing/listing errors.
• Inability to verify the shipping address or payment.
• Suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
• Restrictions imposed by the courier or local authorities.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we refund the full amount in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
